This blog isn't really meant for public consumption--although you are welcome here :) I just feel like have learned so much about alternative health, and I need a place to remember and organize it.

Iodine for Health

I am starting a new regimen of supplementing with iodine, following the protocol suggestions by Dr. David Brownstein in Iodine: Why you need it, Why you can't live without it.   Besides the iodine, I will be taking supporting supplements of vitamin C, magnesium, selenium, and sea salt.  (I actually already take all of those, except for the recommended amount of sea salt.)
I hope to at least partially heal my thyroid gland.  I'm doing fine, but I have been taking thyroid medication for 10 years and I hate that I am dependent on it :(
